WWE has officially put championship pride at the center of Crown Jewel.

World Heavyweight Champion Roman Reigns will face Undisputed WWE Champion Sami Zayn, while WWE Women’s Champion Chelsea Green battles Women’s World Champion Liv Morgan. WWE announced both matches on October 13, and Crown Jewel streams Saturday, November 7, at noon ET on the ESPN App with an ESPN Unlimited plan in the United States and on Netflix internationally.

Reigns versus Zayn comes loaded with history. Sami’s time as the “Honorary Uce,” his split from The Bloodline, and the group’s later reunion mean this matchup already has emotional weight. Now the roles have shifted: WWE describes Reigns as trying to win without family interference, while Zayn has adopted increasingly questionable tactics since regaining the Undisputed WWE Championship.

That reversal might be the hook. We know what Roman looks like when power and family control the battlefield. Crown Jewel can show us how he responds when Sami is the champion willing to bend the rules.

Green versus Morgan has a different energy but just as much personality. Green captured her championship in a five-way SummerSlam ladder match and later retained despite a broken orbital bone. Morgan became a four-time Women’s World Champion at Money in the Bank, then found Green waiting for her on Raw the following night.

Champion-versus-champion matches work best when they reveal something about both titleholders. Roman and Sami have the history, while Chelsea and Liv have personalities big enough to turn a straightforward matchup into something unpredictable.

Which champion leaves Crown Jewel with the biggest statement: Roman, Sami, Chelsea, or Liv?
